Up In The Blue Seats Podcast with Brian Boyle, Mollie Walker & Mike Rupp:
BOYLE BETWEEN THE BENCHES: Boyle talks about his first experience reporting between the benches on Tuesday at MSG in the Rangers loss to the Jets.
EAST STANDINGS: Teams are going to be switching places. It’s tight in the East. Rangers are just two points ahead of the Hurricanes. Any concern with the Rangers’ losses over top teams?
LINDGREN/TROUBA INJURIES: How will this affect the Rangers not having two of their best defenseman? Lindgren will miss a few weeks. Chad Ruhwedel will play a big factor now. He can play in this league. He’s low maintenance.
MATT REMPE RETURNING: Should be back tonight from his suspension. Reacting to the suspension and the impact he has on the Rangers coming back. Peter Laviolette has a tool that nobody else has. No other team has a player that can bring everyone to their feet like Rempe. Want to see him in the lineup every playoff game.
BOYLE-ING POINT: Boyle reacts to John Tortorella sitting Sean Couturier.
