Tristan Thompson is behind in his child support payments to Maralee Nichols for their 2-year-old son, Theo.
The Cleveland Cavaliers player, who was suspended for 25 games in January, has been ordered to pay the fitness model $57,916 in back child support after missing payments from Sept.15, 2023, to Jan. 31, 2024, The Sun reported.
Attorneys for Thompson and Nichols didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

Nichols gave birth to Theo on Dec. 1, 2021, after it was revealed that Thompson had impregnated her while in a relationship with Khloé Kardashian and expecting a child via surrogate. Their surrogate went on to deliver their son, Tatum.
Nichols, 33, filed a paternity lawsuit against the athlete in June 2021 for child support, claiming he had gotten her pregnant over his 30th birthday weekend.

Thompson, 33, initially vehemently denied the dalliance, but a paternity test proved he was, in fact, the father.
“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols,” he wrote in a statement posted to social media in January.

“I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.”
He also apologized to Kardashian, 39, for humiliating her after having cheated on her yet again.
“Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you,” he wrote. “You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years.”
Although Thompson stated he looked forward to “raising” his and Nichols’ son, the sometimes-“Kardashians” star has played little to no role in Theo’s life or in the life of his son with ex Jordan Craig, Prince.
“You should love and praise ALL your children equally. That’s what real dads do,” commented one follower beneath a photo of Thompson and Tatum.
